Welcome to Eduxpart. By using our website, software, and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Our Services
Eduxpart provides digital school management solutions for schools, madrasas, colleges, and coaching centers. Our services may include student management, teacher management, attendance, examination, results, notices, accounts, and other educational management features.
2. Account & Access
Customers are responsible for keeping their account information and login credentials secure. Users must only access and use the features and information they are authorized to use.
3. Subscription & Payment
Eduxpart services are available through monthly and yearly subscription plans. Service access depends on timely payment according to the selected plan.
4. Non-Payment & Account Suspension
If a subscription expires or payment is not completed, the relevant account and services may be suspended. The account can be reactivated after the required payment is completed.
5. Customer Data
Customer data is hosted and managed through Eduxpart's infrastructure. We take reasonable measures to protect customer data and use it to provide and maintain our services.
6. Data Retention
After account cancellation or subscription expiry, customer data will be retained for 6 months. If the service is not renewed within this period, the data may be permanently deleted from our systems, subject to applicable legal or contractual requirements.
7. Intellectual Property
The Eduxpart software, source code, system architecture, design, branding, and related technology remain the property of Eduxpart, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.
8. Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, copy or reproduce the software, reverse engineer the system, or use Eduxpart for any unlawful purpose.
9. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable and secure services. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems, internet failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Refunds
Refunds are subject to our separate Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before making a payment.
11. Changes to These Terms
Eduxpart may update these Terms of Service when necessary. Updated terms will be published on this page with the revised date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
